Send us a message

It reaches the same inbox as Settings → Support in the app. If you can write from the app instead, do. It attaches diagnostics we would otherwise have to ask you for.

Never include your provider username, password or playlist URL. We do not need them.

Join the Discord

The AnyTV Discord is the fastest way to reach both us and other people running the same setup. Provider quirks, hardware questions, "is it just me?", someone there has usually hit it already.

It is small and new, which is the good part: a feature request there gets read, not buried. The invite is also in the app under Settings → Support, shown as a QR code on Apple TV.

Before you write

Two minutes here often saves a day of back and forth, because most reports turn out to be one of a handful of things.

  • Is it one source or all of them? If one provider fails and another works, the answer is with that provider.
  • Is it one device or all of them? If one device fails, it is that device's network or that install.
  • Is it one channel or all of them? A single dead channel is your provider's catalogue.
  • Did it work yesterday? If so, what changed, an app update, a new provider, a new router?

The Help Center answers most of these in more detail, and A stream will not play walks through the four tests above.

Report a problem

Use Settings → Support in the app. It sends your message along with sanitised diagnostics: device model, app version, source health and recent errors. There are no credentials, no playlist URLs and no stream links in them.

If you would rather write to us directly, email hello@anytvapp.com and include:

  1. What you did, what you expected, what happened, one or two sentences, in that order.
  2. Device and app version, "Apple TV 4K, AnyTV 6.2" or "Pixel 8, Android 15".
  3. Scope, the four answers from the section above.
  4. When it started, and what changed around then.

Never send us your provider username, password or playlist URL. We do not need them, and if you send them we will ask you to change them.

Billing and purchases

Payment, renewal and refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own terms, and refund decisions are theirs:

What we can fix is a purchase that is not being recognised. Tell us which store you bought from and the email address on that store account. See Cancel, refunds, and what happens next.

Your account

Devices, Family members, sources, categories, channel customisations, sign-in and security activity, and account deletion are all self-service at https://me.anytvapp.com. You do not need us for any of them.

What we cannot help with

We say this plainly because it saves you time, not to be unhelpful:

  • Finding, recommending or supplying an IPTV provider. AnyTV sells no content and links to none.
  • A channel that is down, missing or poor quality. That is the provider's server, which AnyTV only reads from.
  • Content a provider has removed, or a subscription that has expired.
  • Restoring a purchase the store has refunded or revoked.

Feature requests

Welcome, at the same address. Tell us the problem you are trying to solve rather than the feature you have in mind, it is often solvable in a way you would not have thought to ask for.

Security

If you believe you have found a security issue, email hello@anytvapp.com with "Security" in the subject and we will come back to you. Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
