- The 7-day free trial is the whole app, with no account and no payment details. It ends by itself and there is nothing to cancel.
- On the Free tier playback stops after 60 seconds per title. Everything else, including the guide, artwork and search, keeps working.
- Billing is handled by the App Store and Google Play under their own terms. Cancel any time in the store you bought from; access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- A purchase made on either store is honoured on the other once you sign in to your AnyTV account.
- AnyTV supplies no channels, films or shows. A subscription unlocks features in the player, not content.

How does the free trial work?
7 days of everything, with no account and no card. It starts the first time the app asks for it and it is anchored to the device, so reinstalling does not reset it.

What is the difference between Personal and Family?
I bought on iPhone. Does it work on my Android TV?
Yes, and this is the main reason to have an account. Apple cannot see a Google Play purchase and Google cannot see an App Store one, so AnyTV bridges it: sign in on both, and the subscription you already bought unlocks the other platform.
Within one store it is simpler still, the store restores it for you when you sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account.

How do I cancel?
In the store you bought it from. Subscriptions in App Store settings, or Subscriptions in Google Play. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Deleting your AnyTV account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the store.

How do refunds work?
Apple and Google handle payment, renewal and refunds under their own terms, and refund decisions are theirs. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's order history.

Is there a one-off purchase?
Yes, a lifetime purchase, which does not expire. It can still be revoked if the store reports a refund or chargeback.

Restoring purchases fixes most of it. If it does not, tell us which store you bought from and we will look.
