Cancel, refunds, and what happens next
Updated 16 September 2026
Billing belongs to Apple and Google. Here is where to go and what to expect.
Cancelling
Apple. Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AnyTV → Cancel Subscription. Google. Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AnyTV → Cancel.
Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling is not the same as an immediate refund, and your plan stays active until it expires.
Refunds
Apple and Google take the payment and Apple and Google decide refunds, under their own terms:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: order history in Google Play
We cannot issue a refund for a store purchase, and we cannot overrule a store's decision. What we can do is make sure a purchase you did keep is recognised, tell us if it is not.
After a subscription ends
The app keeps working. Pro features stop. Nothing is deleted: your sources, profiles, lists and watch progress stay on your account and come straight back if you resubscribe.
Lifetime purchases
A lifetime purchase does not expire. It can still be revoked if the store reports a refund or a chargeback on it.
Deleting your account does not cancel anything
They are separate systems. Deleting your AnyTV account removes what we hold; only the store can stop billing you. See Delete your account.
