What AnyTV is
AnyTV is a media player. It plays content that you provide, your own playlists, IPTV subscriptions, and media servers. AnyTV hosts no media content, sells no channels, movies, or shows, and includes none with the app. What appears in your library comes entirely from the sources you add.
Your content, your responsibility
You are responsible for the sources you load into AnyTV and for having the right to watch what they contain. AnyTV is not affiliated with any content provider and is not responsible for the availability, quality, or legality of third-party content that users load into the app. If a source you added misbehaves or disappears, that is between you and the source.
The free trial
Every installation may use a 7-day free trial of the paid features. The trial requires no account and no payment details, is anchored to the device, and does not reset on reinstall. It ends by itself; there is nothing to cancel.
Subscriptions
Optional paid features are billed through the app stores. Google Play on Android and the App Store on Apple devices. The store handles payment, renewal, and refunds under its own terms. You can cancel anytime in the store, and your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Deleting your AnyTV account does not cancel a store subscription, cancel it in the store where you purchased it.
A purchase made in one store may be honoured on the other platform through your AnyTV account. That is a convenience we provide; it does not transfer the purchase itself, and the store you bought from remains the only place it can be managed, refunded or cancelled.
Plan limits
A plan is counted in devices per member: 10 devices for a Personal plan, and up to 6 members with 10 devices each, 30 in total, on a Family plan. A device slot released by disconnecting a device is held for 7 days before it can be reused. These limits are enforced by the service, and attempting to circumvent them is a breach of these terms.
AnyTV does not limit how many streams you may play at once. Your content provider may.
Acceptable use
Don't use AnyTV to break the law. In particular, do not:
- use the app to access content you do not have the right to access;
- abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to break the sync service or other AnyTV infrastructure;
- attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
- resell, redistribute, or misrepresent AnyTV as a content service.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
No warranty, limited liability
In plain language: AnyTV is provided as-is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or that it will work with every source you point it at. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyTV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that your local law does not allow to be limited.
