Connect a device

One mechanism, one code: the new device shows eight characters, something you are already signed in on approves it.
There is exactly one way to add a device to your account, and it works the same everywhere.
On the device you are adding: open AnyTV, go to Settings → AnyTV account. It shows an eight-character code, in the shape ABCD-EFGH.
Somewhere you are already signed in: enter that code. Either in AnyTV on another device, or in the Devices tab of your account, or at me.anytvapp.com/activate.
The device then joins your account and pulls down your sources, profiles, favourites, lists and watch progress.
Rules worth knowing
- The code expires after a few minutes. The app shows a fresh one.
- Approve only what you can see. A code is an invitation to your library; never type one somebody sent you.
- The website is not a device. Signing in to your account in a browser does not use a device slot.
"Other devices with your library"
Your Devices tab may list screens that hold your library but are not on your plan, usually devices set up before you made an account. They keep working. Connect one to bring it under the account and keep it in sync.
