The trial starts the first time the app asks for it, and the clock is kept on our side rather than the device's, changing the date on your phone does not extend it.
Reinstalling does not reset it
The trial is anchored to the hardware, not to the app install. Deleting and reinstalling AnyTV gets you the same trial you already had, with whatever is left of it.
When it ends
The app keeps working and your library stays exactly as it was. What changes is playback: on the Free tier it stops after 60 seconds per title. Browsing, the guide, artwork, search and favourites all carry on.
Upgrade later and everything is where you left it.
Trying it on a second device
Each device has its own trial. That is deliberate: trying AnyTV on your TV after your phone should not be blocked because the phone already used the one you had.
