Skip Intro

One press past intros and recaps, learned from chapter markers and from what you skip.
When an intro or a recap starts, AnyTV offers a Skip button. Press it once.
Where a file carries chapter markers, those are used directly. Where it does not, AnyTV learns from skipping behaviour, so the button appears in the right place on the shows you actually watch, and improves as you watch more of them.

- Double tap to seek on iPhone.
- The version you picked is remembered. Choose the 1080p cut of a film once and that is the one that opens next time.
- Stream details in the player: choose which technical details appear in the info panel, or none at all.
